This EULA does not grant you any ownership interest in the Application or any of its components.
We may provide updates, upgrades, or new versions of the Application from time to time. Such updates may be installed automatically or may require manual installation.
This EULA applies to any updates, upgrades, or new versions of the Application, unless we provide different terms with such update.
Use of Wanumo requires an internet connection and may involve interaction with third-party services, including:
We are not responsible for the availability, quality, or content of any third-party services and are not liable for any damages arising from your interaction with them.
Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
The latest version of the Privacy Policy is available within the app or at the official Wanumo website.
This EULA is effective from the time you install or use the Application and continues until terminated by you or by us.
We may terminate this EULA and your license to use the Application if:
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete it from your devices. Termination does not entitle you to any refund except where required by applicable law or by the policies of the app store.
The Application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including:

In all cases, our total liability shall be limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the Application or related services during the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount required by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Applus Mobil Hizmetler Limited Şirketi, its officers, employees, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
When you download the Application from Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you also agree to comply with their respective terms and conditions.

The Application does not provide emergency calling or connection to emergency services (such as 112, 911, or similar). You must use a traditional telephone service for any emergency communications.
This EULA is governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this EULA or the Application shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
