These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Wanumo mobile application and website (collectively, the “Service” or “Wanumo”). By installing, accessing, or using Wanumo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Wanumo provides temporary virtual phone numbers that can be used to receive SMS-based one-time verification codes (“OTP”) from supported third-party platforms and services. The Service is intended for legitimate purposes such as account verification, testing, and privacy protection.
Wanumo does not provide traditional telecommunication services (such as voice calling) and does not support or replace emergency calling (e.g., 112 / 911 or similar services).
You must be at least 16 years old or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using Wanumo, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Wanumo does not generally require you to create a personal user account; however, certain features or platforms (e.g., app stores, payment platforms) may require an account with Apple or Google.
You are responsible for:
Wanumo may offer paid subscriptions (e.g., weekly, monthly, yearly) and/or credit-based usage plans. Pricing and available plans are displayed within the app and may vary by region, currency, and store platform.
All payments, subscriptions, and in-app purchases are processed securely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Wanumo does not process or store full payment card details.
If Wanumo offers credit packages, purchased credits may be consumed when you use virtual numbers or receive SMS codes. Credits, where offered, are generally non-refundable and may expire or be forfeited in accordance with local law and these Terms.
Virtual numbers are provided through licensed telecom and SMS gateway partners and may be shared, recycled, or reassigned over time. Availability and performance may vary depending on country, operator, and third-party platforms.
While Wanumo and its partners use reasonable efforts to deliver SMS verification codes reliably, we cannot guarantee that every SMS or OTP will be received or accepted by every third-party service. Some third-party platforms may block virtual numbers or change their verification rules at any time.

Wanumo reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you are engaging in prohibited uses.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Wanumo is not responsible for the content, policies, or actions of any third-party service.
Wanumo is not a telephone service and does not support emergency calls (such as 112, 911, or similar). You must use a traditional telephone service for any emergency communications.
The Wanumo app, website, and all related content (including text, logos, graphics, and software) are owned by Applus Mobil Hizmetler Limited Şirketi or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app in accordance with these Terms and any applicable End User License Agreement (EULA). You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the app or its content except as expressly allowed by law.
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wanumo disclaims all warranties, including:

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app and/or ceasing access to the website. Termination does not entitle you to any refund, except where required by the policies of the app store or by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates the latest version. If you continue to use the Service after the updated Terms become effective, you are deemed to have accepted them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye, unless a different mandatory jurisdiction applies under applicable law.
